Russell trained as a journeyman electrician before an electrical company asked him to take over its fire alarm division, a department he went on to run for nine years. Eleven years into fire protection, he holds his CFAA technician certification and HasenTek dust collector suppression certification alongside his electrical ticket. As operations manager he still programs and works in the field. He's at his best helping clients who haven't been well served elsewhere, and off the clock you'll find him with a board game, his trumpet or his motorcycle.

After a career in theatre repairing lighting and sound gear on tour, Cari apprenticed as an electrician with a fire alarm specialist, earning her CFAA certificate alongside her electrical certification. With 22 South Fire since 2020, she is the company's primary programmer and lead technician. Most days you'll find her at the fire alarm panel, but it's always a treat to tackle a skill-testing wiring problem.

Natashia handles scheduling, inventory and accounts, and is the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, bringing over a decade in property management plus years in the sprinkler and fire alarm industries. Born and raised in British Columbia and in Calgary for about 20 years, she's happiest outdoors with her family and most energized when her work makes a difference.
